Selection Process
For DGM (RG/19/26):
- Document Scrutiny followed directly by Interview (100% weightage: Technical/Professional 65%, Personality/Communication 35%).
For Assistant Manager Posts (RG/20/26 to RG/24/26):
- Written Test: 125 objective-type questions, 1 mark each, 2.5 hours duration. No negative marking. Minimum qualifying marks: 50% (UR/EWS), 45% (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD).
- Document Scrutiny of shortlisted candidates.
