Common Rules
- Negative marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- Minimum qualifying marks (Tier I and Tier II): 50% for UR / EWS, and 45% for OBC (Delhi) / SC / ST / PwBD / ESM.
- There is no minimum qualifying mark in the interview.
- The MCQ for Sr. PA, PA and JJA is in English only. For Process Server and Peon it is bilingual (English and Hindi), except the language papers.
- Exam duration is 160 minutes for PwD candidates in the Process Server and Peon exams.
- There is no re-evaluation or re-checking of answer sheets.
- Candidates give their post and department preferences at the time of the interview, and these cannot be changed later.
How to Apply Online
- Visit dsssbonline.nic.in.
- New users: Click “New Registration” and complete the one-time registration on the DSSSB OARS portal. You get a registration number and password. Existing users can log in with their old ID. Make only one registration.
- Log in and select Advertisement No. 04/2026 and the post you want. You can check the eligibility for each post first, since it differs across posts.
- Fill in your details exactly as in your Class 10 certificate, and select your category carefully, as it cannot be changed later.
- Upload your recent colour photograph (plain white background, full face, front view) and signature.
- Pay the fee online through SBI e-pay (if applicable), then submit the form.
- Take a printout of the submitted application for your records.
Note: Once submitted, no change, correction or change of category is allowed. Only one application per candidate is accepted, and multiple applications can lead to cancellation and debarment. Apply early, since the site can slow down near the last date.
