Overview
IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has released the notification for CRP RRBs XV — the Common Recruitment Process for Group “A” Officers (Scale I, II & III) and Group “B” Office Assistants (Multipurpose) across 28 Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) covering almost every state and union territory in India.
A candidate can apply for the Office Assistant post and one Officer post (Scale I, II, or III) — but only one post within the Officer cadre. Separate fees apply for each post applied to.

Age relaxation applies: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, Ex-Servicemen – service period + 3 years, and additional concessions for widows/divorced/separated women applying for Office Assistant posts.

Bank transaction charges for online payment are to be borne by the candidate.
Selection Process
- Office Assistant & Officer Scale I: Two-tier exam — Online Preliminary Exam followed by Online Main Exam. Officer Scale I candidates who clear the Main Exam are called for a Common Interview.
- Officer Scale II & III: Single-level Online Exam, followed by a Common Interview for shortlisted candidates.
- Interviews for all Officer posts are coordinated by the Nodal RRBs with support from NABARD and IBPS.
- Final allotment is based on merit and actual vacancies reported by each RRB — vacancy numbers in the notification are indicative and subject to change.
