Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 35 and 62 years of age as of the notification date. The maximum permissible age for retired officers applying for this role is 65 years.
- Educational Qualifications: Applicants require Graduation with CAIIB / Diploma in Cooperative Business Management, OR a Post Graduate degree in Commerce, MBA, Agriculture, or subjects related to Cooperatives, banking, credit appraisal, etc.
- Language & Technical Skills: Teaching in the Telugu language is essential. Candidates must also be fully conversant with computer systems, multimedia tools, and modern teaching methods.
- Experience: The candidate must have essential exposure in Banking, Loaning, Cooperation, or Information Technology. Retired candidates should have stepped down as Scale-IV officers and above, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in cadres from Scale-II and above.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Retired Officers: Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 70,000/- plus a conveyance allowance of Rs. 5,000/- per month.
- In-service Candidates: Pay protection will be extended, and applicable deputation/faculty allowances will be paid.
- Leave Policy: Faculty members will be granted weekly holidays, holidays declared under the NI Act, and a maximum of 12 days of Casual Leave per year during the contract period. Superannuation benefits (PF, Gratuity, pension) are not applicable.
