Experience Rules to Note
- Experience counts only from the date the essential qualification result was published.
- It must be in a relevant field: the advertised discipline in a mining, metal or manufacturing industry. Other industries can be considered with an experience certificate.
- Training, consultancy, teaching, fellowship, internship, apprenticeship and academic project experience is not counted.
- For each employment, upload at least two of these: appointment letter, pay slip, Form-16, PF statement, or bank statement showing salary credit. Missing documents can lead to cancellation of candidature.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: based on experience beyond the minimum (1 mark per extra year) and additional relevant degrees (1 mark each, maximum 2 marks). HCL may also hold a written screening test if required.
