Eligibility Criteria
- For Engineering Students: Pursuing graduation (B.E./B.Tech) in the final year with a minimum CGPA of 7.5 in all previous semesters.
- For M.Sc. Students: Pursuing post-graduation in Science, in the 2nd year, with a minimum of 70% marks in the 1st year exam.
- Student must be enrolled for a full-time course in the respective discipline from an AICTE/UGC approved College/University.
- Age Limit: Below 25 years.
- Candidates who already applied for the paid internship against the August 2025 advertisement need not apply again.
How to Apply
Interested students must submit a scanned copy of the duly filled application (as per the prescribed format), along with a Reference/Request letter from the college, via email only to hrd.casdic@gov.in. No hard copy will be accepted.

Stipend & Payment Terms
- Stipend is applicable only when the student is present at the lab for a minimum of 15 working days per month.
- Payment will be made in two instalments: first after 3 months, second after completion of 6 months.
- Stipend will be paid directly to the student’s bank account.
- Boarding/lodging expenses are to be borne by the candidate; no reimbursement is admissible.
