Educational Qualification (Post-wise Highlights)
- Engineer – Civil: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Tutor – Nursing College / Nursing Officer: B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with Nursing Council registration
- Medical Record Officer: Bachelor’s degree + Diploma in Medical Record Technology + 2 years’ experience
- Assistant Accounts Officer / Assistant Administrative Officer: Degree + 2 years’ relevant experience
- Technician (Medical/Non-Medical): Bachelor’s in Science or 12th + relevant diploma with experience
- Pharmacist: 12th Science + 2-year Diploma in Pharmacy + State Pharmacy Council registration
- Personal Assistant: 12th pass + shorthand/typing skill test norms

Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT) – 120 minutes, 100 objective questions (100 marks), no negative marking
- Section A: General Intelligence/Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Skills, English/Hindi Language (50 marks)
- Section B: Subject-related questions (50 marks)
- Skill Test – Applicable for Personal Assistant post (shorthand & typing)
- Document Verification – Based on merit list
- CBT will be conducted in Bhopal, New Delhi, and Nagpur
