Important Conditions
- Educational qualifications must be from a college, institution or university recognized by the Government of India or AICTE.
- Post-qualification experience of less than six months is not counted, unless it is part of your current employment.
- Experience in the clerical cadre is not counted.
- Only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply.

Salary and allowances follow the industry-level bipartite settlement and the Bank’s policies. In addition to basic pay, selected candidates receive allowances, perquisites and other benefits as per the Bank’s rules.
Probation: 12 months of active service.
Service bond: Selected candidates must serve for a minimum of 3 years, or pay three months’ gross salary if they leave earlier. The amount is capped at Rs. 2 lakh (JMG/S-I) and Rs. 3 lakh (MMG/S-II).

- There is negative marking of 0.25 of the marks for every wrong answer.

- Minimum qualifying marks for the interview: 60% for General/EWS and 55% for other reserved categories.
- Candidates working in government, PSU or banking institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate from their employer at the time of interview.
