Post-wise Details

1. Hospitality Monitor (22 Posts, incl. 4 OBC backlog)

  • Qualification: B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / BBA/MBA (Culinary Arts) / B.Sc. Hotel Management and Catering Science / MBA (Tourism and Hotel Management) from recognized institutes
  • Experience: Ranges from no experience to 2 years, depending on age slab
  • Contract Period: 2 years initially, extendable by 1 year
  • Salary: ₹30,000/month (CTC, incl. statutory deductions)

2. Tourism Monitor (06 Posts)

  • Qualification: 3-Year Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, or Bachelor’s degree with a diploma in Travel & Tourism, or postgraduate qualifications in relevant fields
  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in Tour Operation / Travel Agency work, depending on qualification
  • Contract Period: 3 years
  • Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000/month (based on qualification/experience)

Additional Allowances (Both Posts)

  • Daily Allowance: ₹350/day for on-duty on-board train service
  • Lodging Charges: ₹240 for outstation night stay
  • National Holiday Allowance: ₹384 per worked national holiday
  • Medical Insurance: ₹800–₹2,000/month depending on post and age

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: Service rendered + 3 years
