Eligibility Criteria (Brief)
Dean (SBIL, Kolkata):
MBA/Executive MBA/PGDM/PGDBA or Ph.D./M.Phil. (55% marks), with 15 years’ post-qualification experience including 3 years in a senior academic/leadership position.
Faculty (SBIL, Kolkata):
Postgraduate in any discipline (55% marks), with minimum 6 years’ teaching experience.
Marketing Executive (SBIL, Kolkata):
MBA or equivalent in Marketing (55% marks), with minimum 5 years’ marketing experience (3 years in Executive Education/EdTech preferred).
Deputy VP (IT Risk):
BE/BTech/MCA/MSc/MTech in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity (50% marks), with 12 years’ IT experience (6 years in IT risk management preferred). Preferred certifications: CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CISA.
Assistant VP (IT Risk):
Same educational qualification as above, with 9 years’ IT experience (5 years in IT risk management preferred).
Selection Process
- Dean & Faculty: Shortlisting → Interview cum Demo Training Session → CTC Negotiation
- Marketing Executive: Shortlisting → Interview → CTC Negotiation
- Deputy VP / AVP (IT Risk): Shortlisting → Interview (100 marks) → CTC Negotiation
Note: Candidates can apply for more than one post under Advertisement 020, but cannot apply for both posts under Advertisement 022 (Deputy VP and AVP).

- Contract Period: 3 years (extendable up to 2 more years; total not exceeding 5 years)
