Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification

  • Graduate degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with a postgraduate degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Social Sciences, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Proficiency in the local language of the district applied for.
  • Interest in teaching/training and working knowledge of computers.
  • Should have sound knowledge of banking, insurance, investment, pension, law, and finance, along with strong communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills.

Experience (any ONE of the following required)

  • Ex-bankers: Minimum 5 years’ work experience in any Nationalized Bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking or related sectors, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Correspondent (BC) or BC-Coordinator.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Director at RSETI, OR minimum 5 years’ as Faculty at RSETI.

Note: Preference will be given to the Bank’s own retired employees.

Age Limit

Applicant’s age should be 65 years or below at the time of appointment.

Residency Requirement

The applicant should be a permanent resident of the same or a nearby district for which they are applying, or should have resided in that district for at least 3 years (verifiable with valid documents) in case of temporary residence.

Contract Tenure & Remuneration

  • Engagement will be on a contract basis for one year.
  • Fixed remuneration: ₹15,000/- per month.
  • Additional miscellaneous expenses: up to ₹3,000/- (based on performance and other criteria).

Selection Process

Selection will be based on a personal interview. The Bank reserves the full right to postpone or cancel the selection process at any time, without assigning any reason.
