💼 Remuneration & Leave Policy
- Monthly Stipend: Selected interns will be paid a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹25,000/- (reimbursed from the Cooperative Education Fund, Ministry of Cooperation through NCDC).
- TA/DA: Will be provided by StCBs and DCCBs from their own funds.
- Leave Allowed: Interns may avail 10 days of Casual Leave (CL) during the year. Any other leave will be granted as “Leave without remuneration”. Holidays applicable to the respective StCB/DCCBs will also be available.
📋 Roles and Duties of an Intern
- Coordinate with Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) and other primary cooperatives to provide guidance on implementing initiatives taken by the Ministry of Cooperation, GoI.
- Solve day-to-day problems faced by PACS regarding computerization, preparation of business plans, projects, financing issues, and various approvals.
- Prepare and share weekly status reports of the implementation of these initiatives in coordination with the DCCB/StCB.
