🎓 Eligibility Criteria: Education & Age Limit
Note: Calculation of percentage of marks is governed by Institute/University rules. Degree/Diploma must have equivalence from AIU/UGC.
1. Production Manager (Grade C)
- Education: B.Tech./BE/Equivalent in Chemical Engineering as a Full-time Regular course with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Upper Age Limit: 40 years as of 01.07.2026.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification work experience (with at least 5 years in PBR production) as of 30.06.2026.
2. Senior Production Manager (Grade D)
- Education: B.Tech./BE/Equivalent in Chemical Engineering as a Full-time Regular course with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Upper Age Limit: 44 years as of 01.07.2026.
- Experience: Minimum 14 years of post-qualification work experience (with at least 7 years in PBR production) as of 30.06.2026.
3. Senior Manager (PBR-Marketing) (Grade D)
- Education: B.Tech./BE/Equivalent with minimum 60% marks, OR Science Graduates with an MBA or equivalent with minimum 60% marks (Full-time Regular Courses only).
- Upper Age Limit: 44 years as of 01.07.2026.
- Experience: Minimum 14 years of total post-qualification experience, including at least 7 years of relevant experience in rubber marketing or allied products.
📝 Selection Process & Service Bond
- Selection: The hiring process involves shortlisting based on applications, followed by physical Document Verification and a Direct Personal Interview for eligible candidates.
- Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a 3-year service bond. The bond amount is ₹3 Lakhs for General category candidates and ₹50,000 for EWS/OBC(NCL)/SC/ST candidates.
